Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window If you have to reschedule or cancel you can do so within your email confirmation. If you cancel after the 48HR time frame we will charge your card on file 50% of the booked service.
This is to ensure that our artists time is respected and to ensure that we have time available for other guests.
If you NO SHOW your appointment day of. Meaning no email, no text , no call by the time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service.

Lateness Policy
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

Refund Policy
At Bianca Kelly Salon we pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made within 48hrs of your original service date, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
